What ages is this actually for?
Labelled 3+ because of the small parts in the glow stick connectors and rings. Kids 2 and under have a great time too, with an adult in the room and the small pieces put away. The real sweet spot is 3 to 8.
Is it safe? My kid puts everything in their mouth.
The box is 3+ and carries a choking-hazard warning for that reason. Beyond that: there are no button or coin batteries anywhere in this box — the disco light is USB-C rechargeable with a sealed cell, and the rings use sealed non-replaceable cells. Nothing in the kit strobes or flashes rapidly. Everything is tested to ASTM F963, the US toy safety standard.
Isn't this just glow sticks from Amazon?
